ROLL-N-GO WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICIES

Innovative Outdoors warrants its components to be free from defects in material or workmanship, from the original date of sale for a period of 5 years when used in fresh water and a period of 2 years when used in or adjacent to salt or brackish water with for the exceptions set forth below:

Winch straps, winch cables, bunks constructed of wood, bunk carpeting shall be warrantied for a period of 1 year.

Some components which are manufactured by a third party are excluded and instead shall revert to the warranty provided by manufacturer of such components. These include, but may not be limited to winches, solar charging systems, canopy frames and canopy covers. Claims can be made to Innovative Outdoors who will file on customer’s behalf.

There is no other expressed warranty. Innovative Outdoors is not liable for incidental or consequential damages or injuries of any kind due to installation, removal, use, misuse, snow or ice, electrolysis, severe weather, acts of God, misapplication, or improper selection of one of our purchased or displayed products. Innovative Outdoors agrees to repair or replace defective parts returned by prepaid freight to the factory and deemed defective by Innovative Outdoors who may, at its discretion, require only photos be submitted in lieu of returning components to the factory. Warranty is void when misuse or neglect is the cause or if weight limits are exceeded or damage is caused by improper weight distribution.

Innovative Outdoors is not responsible for removal, dismantling or reinstallation cost.

SHOREDOCKER WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICIES

Overview

We stand behind the products we sell. All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacturer’s packaging and come with the manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise posted. If your order shipped freight prepaid, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from any credit issued. Items with free shipping are offered for ease and convenience and have a shipping charge imputed into the total cost. All price and payments must be in US currency. Please understand that all sales are final, with the following exceptions.

All Returns require prior authorization

NO returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must request an RA number within 5 days of receiving your shipment. RA numbers will not be issued by phone. RA numbers are valid for 14 business days after issue.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date. However, manufacturer’s warranty may still apply.

If the return is allowed, you will be given a return address. Some returns must be shipped directly to the manufacturer. Returns that are shipped to the wrong address will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. The RA# must be clearly marked on the shipping label.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number. Once the return is processed and approved, a credit to your account or issuance of a check may take up to 14 days.

Any returns must be 100% complete in original packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration cards, accessories and UPC label. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.

Money Back Guarantee

If you change your mind about a purchase and you have not used it, you have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a Return Authorization number. No return will be accepted without a RA#. We will only accept returns for items that are 100% complete in original packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration cards, accessories and UPC label. We do not refund shipping charges. Items will be reduced by the actual original shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee up to 25%. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements

Product Warranty

ShoreDocker’s long-lasting non-corrosive hot-dipped galvanized and stainless steel component designs will stand up to marine elements for years to come. Warranted against material and manufacturer defects for 1 year in freshwater applications. Warranty applies to original consumer-purchaser only, and covers normal and reasonable use, when correctly assembled. In many cases, the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve product concerns over the phone. Defective Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or credit will be granted after 14 days. The terms of the manufacturer’s warranty will still apply – please contact the manufacturer directly.

Unauthorized or Refused Returns

We will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused upon return. We will impose a 40% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and handling charges for refused shipments by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition in the original, unopened packaging.

The quickest way for us to handle a return is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in a few days.
